Before You Apply – Please Review Eligibility Requirements
Our community participates in housing programs where eligibility is based on household income and family size.

To qualify:
- Your total household income must fall within limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These limits vary depending on the number of people in your household.
- Most applicants must qualify as extremely low-income or very low-income based on HUD guidelines.
If you are applying with a housing voucher:
- Households are typically responsible for paying at least 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent and utilities.
- Vouchers are administered by local housing authorities and must be obtained prior to applying.

We strongly encourage you to verify your eligibility, including current HUD income limits for your area, before submitting an application. Application fees are non-refundable.
